  4. funny how ppl go to gym and after attaining the body they want they start making vids about home chest workouts. as if i could have that just by body weight alone

  5. For those who are wondering if these are helpful or not ;
    They %100 are
    I couldn't do half of the first set in first now after few months i am using 10 kg weight and doing the whole 3 sets and the diffrence in muscle mass and function is ridiculous ..
