Carson City, NV Real Estate Market Report June 2019 | Nevada Homes for Sale

One Inc. in Reno, Nevada. Today, Sabrina and I will take a look back at the June 2019 real estate

coming out this summer, you don’t wanna miss a single video. All right, Sabrina. Let’s go see what happened in Carson City. – Let’s do it. (electronic music) – [Philip] We’ve pulled the data from MLS for June 2019 sales in Carson City. Looking at 2019 on top
and 2018 on the bottom. Sabrina, what happened? – [Sabrina] Normally June
is one of the busiest months for sales, but not this
June in Carson City. The 56 units sold are 23 fewer than May, and 21 fewer than June 2018. The median price rose from
about 3% over last month, and about 5% last year. Average days in market only
dropped three days from May. Usually we see a drastic
drop this time of year as we’re in the thick of the busy seasons. Percent of ask received in
2019 was still a healthy 98.2%. Even though this is down from last year’s near perfect 99.37%. And May’s 99.2%. – [Phillip] So even
though buyers paid less than what sellers asked, the
median prices still went up? – [Sabrina] A bit perplexing, yes, but that shows that in some transactions, the sellers push the
envelope for higher prices, but then conceded a
